Where is the Festival and the Address?

Dickmann Town Center in downtown Anderson, Indiana. The street address is 1135 Meridian St, Anderson, IN 46016.

What time does the event start?

The Festival starts at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 14, 2024

Will tickets be sold at the event?

Entry is free. We encourage you to RSVP to help us get a head count. 

Lost and Found

During the event please go to our main Anderson Pride tent located at the Three Graces Fountain inside of Dickmann Town Center. Following the event, please email us at info@andersonpride.org

Lost a family member?

If the missing party member is age 17 or younger, we will inform Festival staff and security, and make announcements from the main stage. If a party member is 18 or older, we can inform Festival staff to keep an eye out and can encourage party members to wait to meet at our main booth located at the Three Graces Fountain inside of Dickmann Park. 

Are there family friendly activities available?

Yes! There will be many of artists, activity makers, resource groups and community vendors located throughout the festival.

Is there an age limit?

No. All ages are welcome. We do ask that children are attended to at all times. 

Will there be food and water available during the event?

Food, water, and other beverages will be sold at the event. The food vendors will serve a variety of foods such as hot dogs, vegan dishes, lemonade, tea, coffee, etc. We will also have bottled water available at the Anderson Pride booths and are asking for a $1 donation. 

Will there be restrooms available at the event?

Yes, there are restrooms located at Dickmann Town Center. 

Will there be security?

Yes, everyone’s safety is of the utmost importance to us. There will be police security at this event.

Can I bring a pet to the Festival?

Pets will not be turned away. However, for the enjoyment and safety of all attendees (and pets), we ask that you leave your pets at home during the festival. 

***Service Animals are allowed.  

Are there any items that I cannot bring to the event?

Weapons of any kind, alcohol and illegal substances are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from being brought to the event.  

Will there be alcohol served at the event?

No.

Will there be non‐food vendors at the event?

Yes. There will be arts and crafts as well as sales and public service vendors.

Are cameras permitted at the event?

Yes. We encourage you to snap photos and share them via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Use #AndersonPride #AndersonPride2024

Is there a phone charging station?

No 

Where is the volunteer check-in?

Volunteer check-in will be located at the main Anderson Pride tent, located at the Three Graces fountain inside Dickmann Town Center. 

Is there a First Aid

Yes, we will have First Aid available. See any of our volunteers/staff and they will point you in the right direction. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Where can I park?

Downtown Anderson has many street parking options located throughout the downtown, near Dickmann Town Center include the Parking Garage at 11th and Meridian, and the ancillary parking lot located at the Anderson Public library.   

What does your accessibility look like?

The festival strives to be inclusive and accessible to all attendees. Accessible parking, restrooms, and viewing areas will be available. Should you find that accessibility is limited in any way, please contact us at info@andersonpride.org and provide feedback. This is our first year and we are still learning and striving to adapt to the needs of our community. 

Stay Hydrated:

It is vital to drink plenty of water throughout the event. Stay hydrated and be safe! You may bring in your own water bottles to this event. 

Water Stations:

Bottled water will also be available for purchase at the Anderson Pride booths and at food vendor locations.  

Can I smoke at the Festival?

NO smoking is allowed during the festival on festival grounds. If you’d like to smoke, please exit the festival and smoke outside the event grounds.
