Anderson PRIDE 2025 Volunteer Application

Volunteer Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions to volunteer at Anderson PRIDE 2025: Commitment and Conduct: ✅ Volunteers must arrive on time for their designated shifts and check in with the Volunteer Coordinator upon arrival. ✅ Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner at all times. ✅ Volunteers should wear the provided volunteer t-shirt and any required identification badges during their shift. Setup and Breakdown: ✅ Volunteers assisting with setup must arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the day of the event. ✅ Volunteers assisting with breakdown must be available until the event ends at 5:00 PM and help with event cleanup and teardown until 7:00 PM. Roles and Responsibilities: ✅ Volunteers must perform the tasks assigned to them by the Volunteer Coordinator or other event staff. ✅ Volunteers should be flexible and willing to assist in different areas as needed to ensure the smooth running of the event. Compliance: ✅ All volunteers must comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines set by Anderson PRIDE 2025. ✅ Volunteers must adhere to any instructions or protocols related to emergency procedures, first aid, and general safety. Communication: ✅ Volunteers must provide a reliable phone number and email address for event communications. ✅ Volunteers should promptly inform the Volunteer Coordinator if they are unable to fulfill their commitment due to unforeseen circumstances. Liability: ✅ Volunteers acknowledge that they are participating in Anderson PRIDE 2025 at their own risk and release Anderson PRIDE organizers from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the event. By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
