Anderson PRIDE 2025 Vendor Application

The deadline for vendor applications is May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The Anderson PRIDE Team will review applications and communicate final decisions by May 31, 2025.

Vendor Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions to apply for vending at Anderson PRIDE 2025: ✅ Fees and Payments: Booth Fee: $30 (10X10 space) $60 (10x20 space) Payment Due Date: June 15, 2025 Payment Method: Online or via Check ✅ Refund Policy: Cancellation by Vendor prior to June 30, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellation by Vendor after June 30, 2025 will be non refundable. Cancellation by Organizer at any point will receive a full refund . Setup and Breakdown: ✅ Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies with a minimum of 25lb weights per leg to support the tent/canopy. ✅ Vendors must set up their booths between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM on the day of the event. ✅ All booths must be ready by 12:30 PM and remain open until the event ends at 5:00 PM. ✅ Vendors are responsible for the cleanup and removal of their booth setup and any trash. Permits and Licenses: ✅ Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required for their operations. Please have all licensures and certifications for review on the day of the event. Compliance: ✅ All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines set by Anderson PRIDE 2025. ✅ All vendors must maintain a safe space for all event attendees while hosting your booth. Anderson PRIDE 2025 Team reserves the right to remove any vendor for misconduct.
